Main Campus in New Haven

You’ll find the garden-like campus of Albertus Magnus College nestled on 50-acres of rolling land in the beautiful and elegant suburban Prospect Hill neighborhood of New Haven, Connecticut. Many of this area’s historic 19th century mansions are now owned by the College and used for residence halls and administrative offices.

While our close-knit campus community provides you all the support, safety and security you might want, you’re also in one of the educational and cultural centers of the northeastern United States. New Haven is home to nearly 16,000 students at seven colleges and universities. Just a short distance from the Albertus Magnus campus, you can explore the waterfront, music, theatre, arts, shopping and many local and state parks. Connected to New York City, Boston and Providence by rail, bus and air, you’ll always find something to do in the New Haven area.

Campus facilities at Albertus Magnus College include the Tagliatela Academic Center with state-of-the-art science labs, an MIS suite and a communications studio; Aquinas Hall academic building with Bree Common; Walsh Hall, home of our College Chapel; Weldon Hall, one of the original campus buildings now renovated for programs in the Education Department; the Rosary Hall library; Cosgrove, Marcus, Messer Athletic Center with swimming pool, double gymnasium, racquetball courts, weight/cardio and dance rooms; Hubert Campus Center with the Behan Community Room and DeDominicis Dining Hall, bookstore, mailroom, House of Bollstadt student pub, Common Ground CyberLounge, offices for Student Services and Career Services; ACT 2 Theatre and outdoor recreational facilities for tennis and soccer, as well as a running track and open spaces for informal activities.

The East Hartford Learning Center

The Albertus Magnus College East Hartford Learning Center offers accelerated, undergraduate and graduate programs for working adults that are looking for a flexible way to earn their degree.

The East Hartford Learning Center is conveniently located at 225 Pitkin Street, East Hartford.

The East Hartford Learning Center features a state-of-the-art environment of eight (8) classrooms, a computer lab, conference area, snack room, and administrative offices. The Learning Center is open to students and prospective students Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday* from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
