Accepted Student Congratulations

Steps for Accepted First-Year Students

Complete the 2019-2020 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to begin the financial aid process. Be sure to use the Albertus school code: 001374.

Accepting Your Award Letter

Albertus participates in passive award letters; a student is not required to return the award letter to accept aid. Award letters should only be returned if a student wants to decline a portion or all of their aid.

Priority Deadlines

  • All students who plan to start classes in Fall 2019 must submit all necessary financial aid documents to the Financial Aid Office no later than August 2, 2019.
  • Contact the Financial Aid Office at (203) 773-8508 if you need additional paperwork or have questions about the financial aid process.

Secure your seat to become an Albertus Falcon by submitting your enrollment deposit! Enrollment deposits are $400 for students who intend to reside on campus or $350 for students who intend to commute to campus.

Submit the non-refundable enrollment deposit via your Applicant Status Page. If you have any questions while submitting your deposit, call the Office of Admissions at 203-773-8501 or contact your Admissions Counselor.

After submitting your enrollment deposit, a deposit packet will be mailed to your home address on file within one week containing important documents.

Attend an on-campus event to experience what it is like being a part of the Falcon Family! We host a variety of events throughout the year. If you are looking to schedule a personalized visit or class shadow to campus during the week, you may contact the Office of Admissions at 203-773-8501 or email us at admissions@albertus.edu. Welcome, New Students!

The New Student Orientation Program will support you during your transition to the College with a focus on academics, informative workshops, and other social activities. During Orientation, you will meet people, learn the ins and outs of our college, including our academic programs, student organizations and involvement on campus, work-study opportunities, and many on-campus services - all the essentials you need to make the most of your Albertus experience. Orientation is required and is important for personal and academic success as a first year or transfer student. Both resident and commuter students will benefit by attending orientation. The first few days and weeks of college are where you learn the most about yourself, and you create life-long friendships.

Orientation will be held Friday, August 23 to Sunday, August 25. Move-In Day for residential students will be on Friday, August 23. A tentative schedule of events will be posted soon.
