Title IX at Albertus Magnus College
Members of the College community, guests and visitors have the right to be free from all forms of gender, and sex-based discrimination, examples of which can include acts of sexual violence, sexual harassment, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking. All members of the campus community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. The College has a zero tolerance policy for gender-based misconduct. Should any member of the College community experience any of these behaviors they are highly encouraged to contact the College's Title IX Coordinator.
Title IX Coordinator
The Vice President for Student Services serves as the College's Title IX Coordinator and manages the College's compliance with Title IX. They serve as a resource and are available to anyone seeking information or wishing to file a Title IX complaint. Students, faculty, staff or visitors participating in any College program or activity who allege that they have been subjected to discrimination on the basis of sex/gender, may contact the Title IX Coordinator to bring their concerns forward.
